Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground achiote or sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon fine sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
