Homemade Sugar Cookie Syrup Recipe

This homemade sugar cookie coffee syrup is so easy to make at home with a handful of ingredients! This festive, sweet, and buttery coffee syrup is perfect for your next iced or hot latte or even in mocktails and cocktails!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Add the brown sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and then lower the heat.
  2. Simmer, making sure to stir until the sugar has completely dissolved, for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the simple syrup from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, butter extract, and almond extract.
  4. Let the syrup cool to room temperature and transfer to an airtight container before storing in the fridge or using.
