Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Add the brown sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and then lower the heat.
- Simmer, making sure to stir until the sugar has completely dissolved, for 10 minutes.
- Remove the simple syrup from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, butter extract, and almond extract.
- Let the syrup cool to room temperature and transfer to an airtight container before storing in the fridge or using.
