Homemade Taco Seasoning
This homemade taco seasoning blends chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes to create a balanced, versatile spice mix. It adds savory depth, mild heat, and aromatic notes to taco meat or other dishes, allowing control over ingredients and flavor intensity compared to store-bought versions.

- 1 tablespoon ground cumin ½ teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika ½ teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon salt ½ teaspoon, sea salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper ½ teaspoon, ground
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1¾ teaspoon onion powder
- 1¾ teaspoon oregano dried
