Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons lime powder
  • 2 tablespoons guajillo powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the chile powders, salt and lime together. Stir to combine.
  2. Taste and add the sugar as desired.
  3. Store in a sealed jar and use as needed.

Notes

  • Paprika: this is a mild chili powder, to make a spicier blend this can be swapped with cayenne powder.
  • Storage: While spices don’t typically have an expiration date, their flavor can weaken over time. To extend their lifespan, store your seasonings in air-tight, sealed containers. Using them within three months is recommended to ensure the best flavor.
