Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickles or cornichons , minced
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • pinch kosher salt
  • pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, pickles, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
