Homemade Tartar Sauce

This homemade tartar sauce takes about 5 minutes to whip up and is so much better than store bought!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup minced dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more before serving.
  3. Store, tightly covered and refrigerated, for up to 10 days.

Notes

  • The flavors will develop more as the tartar sauce chills, but you may serve immediately if needed.
