Homemade Turkey Gravy

This homemade turkey gravy is made with turkey drippings and is the perfect complement to your Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broth + turkey drippings turkey or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3-4 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Pour the broth into a skillet and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl or cup add the flour and water and whisk together until it is smooth (this is called a slurry).
  3. When the broth in the skillet comes to a boil pour the slurry in whisking the whole time, and then let cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and pour gravy into a serving dish.
  5. Serve immediately.
