This homemade turkey gravy is made with turkey drippings and is the perfect complement to your Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Broth + turkey drippings turkey or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3-4 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Pour the broth into a skillet and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
- In a small bowl or cup add the flour and water and whisk together until it is smooth (this is called a slurry).
- When the broth in the skillet comes to a boil pour the slurry in whisking the whole time, and then let cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Turn off heat and pour gravy into a serving dish.
- Serve immediately.
