Homemade Uncrustables

Ingredients

  • 12 lices bread
  • 1/2 Cup grape jelly
  • 3/4 Cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on all slices of the bread. Stay in the center and don’t worry about the edges. We like to put peanut butter on every slice so that the bread does not get soggy from the jelly.
  2. Then spread jelly on 6 slices of the bread on top of the peanut butter.
  3. The put the peanut butter only bread slices on top of the peanut butter and jelly slices of bread.
  4. Use a sandwich cutter to cut out the center of the bread and to seal the edges. Remove the crust while the cutter is still in place.
  5. Lift off the cutter. Place each sandwich in an individual sandwich bag and freeze.
