Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl beat the eggs.
  3. Add in milk, vegetable oil, flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour about 1/4-1/2 cup batter in the waffle maker and cook until golden brown. Serve with homemade maple syrup and cinnamon butter if desired.
