Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl beat the eggs.
- Add in milk, vegetable oil, flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Mix until combined.
- Spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour about 1/4-1/2 cup batter in the waffle maker and cook until golden brown. Serve with homemade maple syrup and cinnamon butter if desired.
