Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a chilled bowl, add in all ingredients and whip until stiff peaks form. Stand mixer, hand mixer or whisk by hand. All work great!

Notes

  • This recipe is very easy to double or triple, based on how much cream you need. Typically, cream doubles in volume after being whipped.
