Yum Yum Sauce is one of my favorite dips, it is equally great served with veggies or meat! Experience Japanese dining at home with this recipe using minimal ingredients with maximum flavors!

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise preferably Japanese mayo
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons cool water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and still until fully combined.
- As a substitute for mirin, you mix 1 tablespoon white wine or dry sherry with 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
