Homemade Yum Yum Sauce

Homemade Yum Yum Sauce blends mayonnaise with sugar, ketchup, rice vinegar, and seasoned salt to create a sweet and tangy sauce. Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise could be low-fat
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2  teaspoon seasoned salt Lawry's brand

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Whisk in 3 tablespoon water to thin out the sauce.  Taste and add more seasoning salt if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain freshness for several weeks.
  • Adjust seasoning salt to taste after thinning the sauce with water.
