Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless pork ribs cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the pork ribs, bbq sauce, brown sugar, honey, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and smoked paprika until everything is coated well.
- Pour the riblets into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until the pork is fork tender and the sauce is glazy and caramelized.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
