Honey Butter
Perfect for slathering on homemade biscuits or rolls, this Honey Butter is going to be something that you always want in your refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter at room temperature, unsalted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Pinch sea salt fine
Instructions
- Place the butter in a bowl and whip for 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Add the honey, powdered sugar, and salt. Continue to beat until fully combined.
- This can be served right away, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let it set up a bit.
Notes
- This honey butter will remain spreadable, even after being refrigerated. It will firm up some, but still keeps a great texture.
