Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together heavy cream, vegetable oil, honey, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Whisk until just combined.
  5. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool 10 minutesbefore slicing.
