Honey Garlic Chicken Potato Foil Packets
These foil packets combine chicken breasts, baby red potatoes, and asparagus tossed in a honey garlic marinade and finished with butter. Cooking everything sealed in foil locks in moisture and melds the sweet and savory marinade flavors with tender vegetables and juicy chicken. The use of foil packets allows for convenient portioning and cleanup, making it a practical cooking method particularly suited for grilling or campfire meals. The child-sized asparagus stalks and quartered baby potatoes roast alongside the chicken, absorbing the marinade for a balanced, flavorful dinner in one package.

Notes
- Do not overfill foil packets; divide ingredients between more packets if needed for even cooking.
- For thin asparagus, cook separately in foil for less time to avoid overcooking; add marinade for flavor.
- Fresh minced garlic can be used instead of pre-minced garlic for stronger flavor in the marinade.
- Alternative seasonings like all-purpose blends can replace salt and pepper for a different taste.
- The packets can be baked in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes, checking chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature and potatoes are tender.
