Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds fresh salmon
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil on high, and position a rack in the center of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay 1 ½ pounds fresh salmon skin side down on the parchment paper and sprinkle salt and ground black pepper over the top of it.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 3 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley, and 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme. Spread evenly over the salmon.
- Place the baking sheet on the center rack about 6 inches from the heat, and broil for 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
