Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lb Shrimp rinsed, deveined and shells removed
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat up a cast-iron pan over medium high heat and add in the olive oil and butter.
- Add in the garlic and sauté until lightly browned before adding the shrimp. Avoiding moving the shrimp too much – let the shrimp sear on one side before flipping them over and letting the other side sear.
- Add in the honey, lime juice, salt, and paprika. Stir the shrimp and make sure the shrimps are all fully coated.
- Once the shrimps are all perfectly seared to your liking/cooked through, remove from heat and serve. I topped it with some herbs to garnish and lime zest.
