Honey Garlic Lime Shrimp

This Honey Garlic Lime Shrimp is perfectly pan seared, sweet and garlicky. Make this for your dinner or meal prep in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb Shrimp rinsed, deveined and shells removed
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat up a cast-iron pan over medium high heat and add in the olive oil and butter.
  2. Add in the garlic and sauté until lightly browned before adding the shrimp. Avoiding moving the shrimp too much – let the shrimp sear on one side before flipping them over and letting the other side sear.
  3. Add in the honey, lime juice, salt, and paprika. Stir the shrimp and make sure the shrimps are all fully coated.
  4. Once the shrimps are all perfectly seared to your liking/cooked through, remove from heat and serve. I topped it with some herbs to garnish and lime zest.
