Honey Lime Shrimp

This Honey Lime Shrimp with Sriracha is super easy to make, takes only 15 minutes, and a handful of simple ingredients! Whip this healthy and succulent dish up any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 3 TB olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lime juice juice of 1 large fresh lime
  • 1 ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 4 TB pure honey
  • 1 lime zest of 1 large fresh lime
  • 1-2 tsp Sriracha depending on how spicy you want it
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 lb raw shrimp jumbo or extra large, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a large nonstick pan, stir together oil and garlic over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Combine lime juice with cornstarch in a small bowl and mix to dissolve cornstarch. Add this to the pan.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and continue to stir together just until shrimp turns opaque, about 1 1/2 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove from heat.
  4. Serve warm shrimp with sauce over rice or noodles.
