Honey Lime Shrimp

This Honey Lime Shrimp with Sriracha is super easy to make, takes only 15 minutes, and a handful of simple ingredients! Whip this healthy and succulent dish up any day of the week.

Ingredients
- 3 TB olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lime juice juice of 1 large fresh lime
- 1 ½ tsp cornstarch
- 4 TB pure honey
- 1 lime zest of 1 large fresh lime
- 1-2 tsp Sriracha depending on how spicy you want it
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb raw shrimp jumbo or extra large, peeled and deveined

Instructions
- In a large nonstick pan, stir together oil and garlic over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Combine lime juice with cornstarch in a small bowl and mix to dissolve cornstarch. Add this to the pan.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and continue to stir together just until shrimp turns opaque, about 1 1/2 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove from heat.
- Serve warm shrimp with sauce over rice or noodles.
