Honey Mustard Dressing

This dressing is perfect over salads, used as a dip or even a marinade for your favorite meats!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons whole grain dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth. 
  2. Serve over salads or use for dipping.
  3. Refrigerate up to 10 days.
