Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
This simple, homemade honey dijon vinaigrette recipe takes just minutes to make using pantry staples you likely already have on hand!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon about 1/4 cup, juiced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a resealable glass jar and shake well, or in a bowl and whisk well. Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
- Serve over salad greens immediately or store in an air-tight refrigerated container for up to 10 days.
