- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Spread the brussel sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Go easy on the salt and pepper, you just want a touch of each in every bite.
- Bake in the preheated oven until sprouts are tender, about 15-25 minutes (depending on size of the brussel sprouts).
