Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts are crisp on the outside, and tender on the outside for a totally delicious vegetable side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Spread the brussel sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Go easy on the salt and pepper, you just want a touch of each in every bite.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until sprouts are tender, about 15-25 minutes (depending on size of the brussel sprouts).
