Honey Soy Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 cloves crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8-10 chicken thighs boneless, skinless

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or a ziploc bag, combine the honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, and olive oil and mix until combined.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs for a minimum as 30-40 minutes or overnight if time allows it.
  3. Heat oven to 425F.
  4. Add everything (thighs as well as marinade) into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken thighs and bake for another 15 minutes.
  5. Serve when ready or portion out into meal prep containers.
