These tender and juicy Honey Soy Chicken Thighs are so flavourful - you're going to want to put them in your weekly meal rotation!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 cloves crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8-10 chicken thighs boneless, skinless

Instructions
- In a large bowl or a ziploc bag, combine the honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, and olive oil and mix until combined.
- Marinate the chicken thighs for a minimum as 30-40 minutes or overnight if time allows it.
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Add everything (thighs as well as marinade) into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken thighs and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Serve when ready or portion out into meal prep containers.
