Honey Sriracha Sauce

Honey Sriracha Sauce is a combination of hot sriracha and sweet honey giving you a perfectly balanced hot and spicy but sweet dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 4 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed/minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat and fry garlic for about a minute or until fragrant (but not coloured).
  2. Add honey, sriracha and soy sauce then mix together and bring to a simmer.
  3. Continue to simmer over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, or until sauce thickens slightly, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and serve.
