Honey Sriracha Sauce

Honey Sriracha Sauce is a combination of hot sriracha and sweet honey giving you a perfectly balanced hot and spicy but sweet dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup honey
- 4 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic crushed/minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat and fry garlic for about a minute or until fragrant (but not coloured).
- Add honey, sriracha and soy sauce then mix together and bring to a simmer.
- Continue to simmer over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, or until sauce thickens slightly, then remove from heat.
- Stir in lemon juice and serve.
