Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup sweet condensed milk (I used fat free)
  • ¼ cup Honeydew flavored boba powder
  • ½ cup milk (You can use fat free, 1%, 2% or whole milk)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour ⅓ cup of heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl.
  2. Use the electric mixer to beat the heavy whipping cream until it’s thick. Remember don’t over beat it.
  3. After that, pour ⅓ cup of sweet condensed milk into the whipped cream. (I used fat free sweet condensed milk.)
  4. Then, add ¼ cup of honeydew flavored boba powder.
  5. Next, pour ½ cup of milk into the mixture. (You can use fat free, 1%, 2% or whole milk.)
  6. Turn on the electric mixer to mix the popsicle mixture well and smooth.
  7. Place the popsicle molds on a tray.
  8. Pour some popsicle mixture into the mold.
  9. Insert a popsicle stick.
  10. After, pour the popsicle mixture and fill up the popsicle mold.
  11. Cover the lid and put it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
  12. When the popsicles are done, take it out from the freezer and pop the popsicles out, use plastic wrap to wrap the popsicle individually. Then, put them in the freezer. You can eat and consume it when you like to.

Notes

  • Beat the heavy whipping cream until it’s thick. Remember don’t over whip it.
  • Then, add the sweet condensed milk, honeydew flavored boba powder and milk.
  • Turn on the mixer and mix them well.
  • Use lay flat pop out silicone popsicle mold because it will be easier to take out the popsicles. If you use pull out popsicles mold from the top, it will be hard to pull out and easily break because the popsicles are creamy and not suitable for using the pull out top popsicle mold.
  • When you use lay flat silicone popsicle mold, first pour some popsicle mixture into the mold. Then, insert the popsicle stick and pour more mixture to fill the mold.
  • Cover the lid, place them on a tray and put them in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
