Ingredients

  • 1 piece Naan or other flatbread
  • 1/2 /2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 6 lices prosciutto
  • 6 large figs cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 /4 cup pistachios chopped

Instructions

  1. Arrange Naan or flatbread onto a serving board or platter. Spread the ricotta cheese on top of the bread. Arrange the prosciutto and fig slices. Drizzle with the honey and top with the chopped pistachios. Slice and serve.
