Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, more for taste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the sour cream, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and crushed garlic cloves.
  2. Whisk to combine until smooth.
  3. Stir in the salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to develop.
  5. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper before serving. Garnish with chopped chives.
