Hot Bacon Cheddar Dip combines cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic, parsley, and hot sauce into a rich, creamy, baked dip. Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 10 lices Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons parsley chopped, fresh
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese divided, shredded
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all ingredients reserving ½ cup of cheese for topping. Place into a (2 quart) casserole dish or pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or vegetable sticks.
