Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 10 lices Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 3 dashes hot sauce
  • 4 tablespoons parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese divided, shredded
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients reserving ½ cup of cheese for topping. Place into a (2 quart) casserole dish or pan.
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
  4. Serve warm with crackers or vegetable sticks.
