Hot Chicken Philly Cheesesteak Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces thin sliced chicken cutlets
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 4 oz light cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 oz shredded mild provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken on high heat about 1 minute on each side, until cooked through.
  3. Slice thin, set aside.
  4. Spray with more oil and saute onions and peppers over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.
  5. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  6. Place in an oven-proof dish and bake 20-25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
