Hot Chocolate Powder Recipe

Easy homemade hot chocolate mix. Just add hot milk or water, stir and top with your favorite toppings. Great as a gift!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 12 cups milk or water , hot

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl, sift together the dry milk, powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa.
  2. Mix in the regular sugar by hand.
  3. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place to up to 3 months.
  4. To make hot chocolate, combine 1/3 cup dry hot chocolate mix with 1 cup hot milk or water, stir well until dissolved. Add desired toppings and add-ins.
