This hot seafood dip with crab and shrimp is loaded with melted cheddar, fontina, and goat cheese, or Boursin, then smoked or baked until golden and bubbly.

Ingredients
- 4 Ounces lump crab meat
- 4 Ounces Shrimp
- 4 Ounces cheddar cheese
- 4 Ounces Boursin cheese or Goat Cheese
- 4 Ounces fontina
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste or minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce or more to taste
Instructions
- Cut the shrimp into small bite sized pieces, shred the cheddar and fontina and cube the Boursin cheese. Reserve ½ cup of the shredded cheese.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for about 2-3 minutes, then add in the shrimp and heat until cooked through. Remove the pan from the heat and gently stir in the crab meat.
- In a large bowl gently, mix all of the ingredients together, except the reserved shredded cheese, and place in an oven safe dish. Top with the reserved cheese.
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 350 degrees. Bake the seafood dip for 30-40 minutes until melted, bubby, and slightly browned.
- Serve with chips, crackers, bread, or toast tips.
