Ingredients

  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Slice hot dog buns in half lengthwise.
  2. Begin heating a large skillet over medium heat. Spray it with cooking spray.
  3. In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon together.
  4. Dredge hot dog buns into egg mixture. Allow excess egg mixture to drip off.
  5. Place dredged hot dog buns into your heated, greased skillet.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until buns are golden brown.
  7. Top with your preferred toppings and serve.

  • Make sure to slice the hot dog buns in half lengthwise, as this will make them easier to coat with the egg mixture, and also cook evenly in the skillet.
