- 8 hot dog buns
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- Slice hot dog buns in half lengthwise.
- Begin heating a large skillet over medium heat. Spray it with cooking spray.
- In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon together.
- Dredge hot dog buns into egg mixture. Allow excess egg mixture to drip off.
- Place dredged hot dog buns into your heated, greased skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until buns are golden brown.
- Top with your preferred toppings and serve.
