Hot Lobster Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound whole lobster , cooked and meat removed and roughly chopped*
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 split top buns

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small saucepan, heat butter until melted. Add lemon zest.
  2. Toss chopped lobster meat in the melted butter and toss well to coat.
  3. Transfer to rolls.
  4. Top with chives and serve immediately.
