Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound whole lobster , cooked and meat removed and roughly chopped*
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons chives
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 split top buns

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat butter until melted. Add lemon zest.
- Toss chopped lobster meat in the melted butter and toss well to coat.
- Transfer to rolls.
- Top with chives and serve immediately.
