- ½ pound corned beef shredded
- 12 ounces cream cheese softened
- 6 ounces gruyere cheese shredded
- ⅔ cup Sauerkraut drained and chopped
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup dill pickles chopped
- ⅓ cup Keto Russian Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Take your corned beef and finely shred it using a fork, then set is aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add in the softened cream cheese, sour cream and Russian dressing.
- Using a hand mixer, mix to combine.
- Add in the shredded corned beef, drained sauerkraut, chopped dill pickles and ⅔ of the shredded Gruyere cheese. Mix until combined.
- Spread into a small casserole dish that’s been sprayed with olive oil.
- Top with the reserved Gruyere cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
