Hot Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ pound corned beef shredded
  • 12 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 6 ounces gruyere cheese shredded
  • ⅔ cup Sauerkraut drained and chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup dill pickles chopped
  • ⅓ cup Keto Russian Dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Take your corned beef and finely shred it using a fork, then set is aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add in the softened cream cheese, sour cream and Russian dressing.
  4. Using a hand mixer, mix to combine.
  5. Add in the shredded corned beef, drained sauerkraut, chopped dill pickles and ⅔ of the shredded Gruyere cheese. Mix until combined.
  6. Spread into a small casserole dish that’s been sprayed with olive oil.
  7. Top with the reserved Gruyere cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
