- 1(10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- ½ cup red bell pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1(6.5-ounce) jar artichoke hearts drained and mashed
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix spinach, bell peppers, garlic, artichokes, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and heavy cream together.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour an 8x8 baking dish.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes and serve warm with chips or crackers.
