Ingredients

  • 1(10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 1(6.5-ounce) jar artichoke hearts drained and mashed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, bell peppers, garlic, artichokes, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and heavy cream together.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and pour an 8x8 baking dish.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes and serve warm with chips or crackers.
