How to Bake the Perfect Bacon (Step By Step!)

Everyone loves Bacon, and once you try baking it, you'll love it even more!  It's just perfectly crisp, amazing flavor, and easy clean up. You will have bacon every morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package bacon
  • rimmed baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil
  • cooling rack*

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place the wire cooling rack* on top of it.
  2. Place 1 (16-ounce) package bacon evenly in a row, careful not to overlap.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until desired crispiness. Remove and set the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate.

Notes

  • *I have made it before without the cooling rack and is optional.
