- 2 ears of corn husks and silks removed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons chives chopped
- Pinch sea salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil, then add the garlic cloves. Reduce the heat to medium high.
- Stir in the butter, then add the corn. Simmer for 10 minutes until the corn is tender.
