  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 prig fresh Rosemary chopped

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the bacon slices on the parchment paper. Season with cayenne pepper and chopped rosemary.
  3. Cook the bacon for 10-15 minutes in the oven, until browned and crispy. Remove the tray from the oven and transfer the bacon to a cooling rack.
