Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- To a medium-sized pot, add water, rice and salt. Bring it to a boil.
- Cover the pot with a lid, turn the heat to low, and let the rice simmer for 12 minutes (don't open the lid or stir the rice).
