How to Cook Buckwheat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat groats toasted
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust totaste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place buckwheat, water, salt, and butter in a heavy sauce pan with a lid.
  2. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover sauce pan with a lid. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat. Let buckwheat rest for 10 minutes. Fluff it with a fork. Serve hot.
