Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat groats toasted
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt adjust totaste
Instructions
- Place buckwheat, water, salt, and butter in a heavy sauce pan with a lid.
- Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover sauce pan with a lid. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat. Let buckwheat rest for 10 minutes. Fluff it with a fork. Serve hot.
