How to Cook Frozen Vegetables

With this easy method for how to cook frozen vegetables, you can take any bag of frozen vegetables from frozen to roasted perfection in just 35 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the oil, salt and pepper. Add the frozen vegetables, stirring to coat.
  3. Spread the seasoned frozen vegetables onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • This method works great with any frozen vegetables but my favorites are green beans, broccoli, cauliflower or okra.
