- 1 pineapple
Instructions
- Cut pineapple in half lengthwise then cut each half lenghtwise again to get 4 quarters.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the pineapple away from the flesh on each quarter, keeping the pineapple flesh in one solid pieces.
- Cut each pineapple piece into strips and slide them apart for a pretty presentation.
